  • The only reason it has 1 star is because I can't go any lower! I have never been so humiliated In my life!! Corporate will be contacted! I had to return a pair of earrings I got as a Christmas gift they had the original tags and even said "Distributed by Target" never worn! I go to the service counter and explain the situation and the individual barks at me and says "we don't return jewelry with out a receipt!" I replied that I understand that policy but all the tags are in place and I'm interested in a gift card or exchange. He again cuts me off and snaps "there's nothing I can do without a receipt!" I ask for a manager and he replies "she'll just tell you the same thing" after asking 3 times for a manager I finally get to speak to one by the name of Carol. She says the same thing and reaffirms the policy but agreed to do an exchange of equal or greater value for a jewelry item. I say that's fine and I ask if I should take the earrings with me or keep them at the counter and if I'll have an issue when I come back up. She informed me to take them with me and I won't have an issue exchanging them when I come back. I go to the jewelry counter and press button for assistance and 1 associate comes to help and a security guard approaches me and asks me to leave. I ask why and she says a manager requested that I leave because I cussed and made threats to an associate at the service desk! I did no such thing!! It was later revealed that the manager that contacted security was Carol! After speaking to the Manager in Charge she said she'd look into the situation, after waiting a few minutes (I assume she was speaking to the other associates that were present at the desk at the time of the incident) she said "I'm so sorry about this ordeal please continue with your exchange" after that same manager told me to do the exchange she asks me to leave, after I was treated poorly! Then on my way out Carol asks "Where you able to get that taken care of?" I replied "Before or after you wanted me removed!?" I have never been so disgusted or humiliated in my life! This will go to corporate and I will NEVER shop at this location again!!!
