  • Beginning my search for a jeweler to purchase an engagement ring, Yelp led me to Robbins Brothers in Scottsdale with overwhelmingly positive feedback, and particularly in working with JJ. I phoned ahead to make an appointment with her, and from the moment I walked in the door, quickly understood why she receives such amazing feedback. JJ made me feel like family, and wanted to ensure the ring I selected was nothing short of what would be perfect for my girlfriend (now fiancee!). It never felt like a sales pitch, or a hard sell...JJ genuinely cares about her clients, and takes time to not only get to know you, but your loved one. She took time in showing me many different options, educating me on diamond types, shapes, cut, clarity and was extremely knowledgable in helping make my decision. She worked to ensure the ring was ready well in advance of my proposal date, and was in personal contact (even while on vacation with her daughter!) to confirm my needs were met when the ring was ready. Service and hospitality are incredibly important components of a ring purchasing experience, and JJ deserves the high marks and praise from so many Yelp-ers, as she delivers both with excellence. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful, and helped make my proposal the magical moment I had hoped for. We have since visited JJ, as she wanted to meet the special woman in my life, and to hear the story of the proposal...she honestly now feels like family! If you are in the market for a ring or other jewelry, I highly recommend Robbins Brothers, and if you do so, to make an appointment with JJ - she is the best!
