  • Not sure where my old review went....but here's an update: Can't say enough about this place! Its a must-have stop anytime I am in Vegas. I was teeter-tottering between Santouka in OC, but Monta has officialy taken the #1 spot by a slight edge. YES, BEST RAMEN HANDS DOWN!!! You can't go wrong with any of the ramen broth choices. My choices are the Miso (ask for the spicy miso) or Tonkatsu (they had the spice tonkatsu as a special of the month). I like to add the egg, corn, seaweed, and if you don't mind clogging your arteries a bit more...add the butter (you won't regret it...so damn good and better!) Other items: Pork Belly Rice bowl: Its okay, it has a lot of ginger (in which I dislike) Kimchi Fried Rice: If you got extra room or sharing, this is the rice plate you want to order! And don't for get the Calpico!!!! The place can get packed, so be patient....or test your luck here, you'll win regardless!
