  • Wow! Don't forget here!! She told me two weeks to fix my sons suit, my daughters flower girl dress and my bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. She kept calling me saying prom was keeping her busy and she needed more time. Then she said she was not feeling well. She hurt her knee. After three times of rescheduling she told me to come get it around 12, at least 2 weeks after she promised.. Then she called me and told me later, then later, then later...she finally brought it to my house @ 11pm. She refunded some of my money but it did not change the fact that It was horrible. Messy and obviously done quickly and so sloppy. I had to take my dress and my daughters dress into another alterations place who said it was the worst work they had ever seen. Luckily they were able to fix it. Unlimited Dry Cleaning saved me and please save yourself and do not go here!! Then she called me after I wrote a review on Google and offered me a full refund if I would take the review down. I really could not believe it! After I added that info to the review she has now called me again and again yelling at me telling me to take down the review. She wrote a response which is a complete lie. Saying I bought my dresses at a consignment store and they smelt so bad she couldn't work on them??? Then she said I made hateful comments against her because she is a minority??? All lies. I honestly just wrote this because I would not want anyone to go through this and she left me in a very hard spot days before my sisters wedding. I am simply amazed by the unprofessionalism.
