This company did some work for me which did not turn out great. I didn't complain because the job was for a few hundred bucks and couldn't be bothered.
A few months later I received a letter from a manager there by the name of Alex. The letter stated that we did not complete an online survey and he wanted to know if the job the did was done correctly.
I responded back by sending an email to this manager Alex. He replied and mentioned what the issue could be and because we were within the 1-year warranty period, that he would speak to someone in his office and then get back to me about sending someone out to take a look. Did I hear back? NOPE!!
When did this email exchange take place? Try within the two first weeks of October. Hmmmm, they must still be looking for those documents.
