  • Well its finally reached its end, at least i think so. Carlos and Pepes used to be an ok place to go for some average Mexican cuisine, and a nice hang out for all after work in the downtown area. came here for a snack with a friend and my goodness it had changed, the atmosphere is all but completely gone and the food is over priced and terrible, I could of done better at Taco Bell if I had know this place took a nose dive. I am so disappointed.
