| - Zuma is fun to start your night on mill on a Monday and I liked going there... Until tonight.
We had a group, good ratio - many more girls than guys. We were comped a bottle for our friends 21st birthday. The night was coming to a close and at after waiting about 20 minutes (time is about 1:20am), no bottle ever arrived. We then attempted to purchase a bottle at full price with no attention from anyone. At this point our group was getting agitated and one member started tossing some ice cubes at another person at the table in good fun. There were no complaints from anyone, whether that be from our table, or from other patrons. The douche of a bouncer came over and proceeded to kick him out (not a big deal, he shouldn't have been throwing ice, whatever) BUT, he then cleared out our table. We informed him we have a bottle coming and are trying to purchase another one, he then said and I quote "No, you don't. You're all leaving" there was no warning for this kind of behavior. I've had tables all over mill and old town and never once have I been treated so rudely in a run down establishment while trying to spend money there. The VIP host tried to explain the situation to us and say it was because it was the heat of the moment. However, NEVER should a patron who is trying to spend over a $100 on a cheap $30 bottle of Ciroc be treated that way because of the actions of 1 person.
Zuma's staff are extremely unprofessional and just an overall joke of a place to be. Avoid the poor security and poor management (COULD NOT, OR WOULD NOT BE SHOWN A MANAGER TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO ME ALL NIGHT). Take your money else where and let Zuma continue to be the piss poor place that it is.
Hell, I even ordered a Green Tea shot and it wasn't even made with Jameson... What kind of bar is that cheap? It blows my mind, really. Poor excuse for a bar.
