  • These guys are classic, hard sell, sneak every dime, car dealer. They make their money selling "gap insurance" and a "service plan" and hold you in Finance-Hell until you agree. But, of course, if you buy their service plan you get stuck waiting for hours in their crappy (see reviews) service center. I turned both down and the finance guy came back to it 6 times!!! So finally, I caved when the price he was quoting got low enough and when I tried to use it this week for tire road hazard damage that the finance guy said was included in the price, guess what happened!... "Oh, sorry sir, your warranty doesn't cover that". Classic. So, I called the manager to dig into the matter and he won't return my call. Welcome to Larry Miller Dodge!
