Finally got to try this place after seeing all the pictures and it definitely lived up to my expectations. Got here around 2pm on a Saturday and there was no one in line, so we only had to wait for our waffles to be made. It's located in an odd strip mall, which has a food court, some Asian bakeries, and a grocery store. But what you're looking for is a small nook in the corner right by the stage set up inside the food court.
They have the best waffles that I've had in North America, that still retained their crunchy exterior when the soft serve melted. There's a great selection of flavours for their waffles from sweet (oreo) to savoury (sausage and seaweed). If you're not feeling their waffles, you could also opt for their ice cream sundaes which range around $8. If you're feeling extra ambitious, you could add a waffle to your ice cream sundae for an extra $3.50 to $4.50.
Since they make all waffles to order, it takes about 10 minutes for the order to be prepared. So hang tight and watch them prepare your waffle.
I would've given them a 5 star rating had they served matcha ice cream, but they were serving their limited edition genmaicha flavour instead, which just couldn't completely satisfy my matcha craving.
