  • My office is right down the street, but I live in central Phoenix. So when we had our company Christmas party, I figured shelling out for a hotel was a much better deal than paying for a cab home and then having to go get my car in the morning. Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect solution! The rooms are really reasonably price considering it is north Scottsdale. I found a good deal online, and with tax, it ended up costing less than $100 for the night. The lobby and staff were also super welcoming. When you come in, there is water with cucumbers and delicious fresh baked cookies. The desk clerk was friendly and super quick checking us in. There is also a little convenience store with a variety of snacks. They do mark up the prices a bit, but when you have the drunk munchies at 1 a.m., $8 for a personal frozen pizza and a bag of chips doesn't sound so bad. The rooms are nothing special, but they do have the sleep number beds which are kind of fun to play with. If you are looking for a hotel in north Scottsdale and don't care too much about the extra amenities, this is the place you are looking for.
