  • poor management, not enough parking spaces 2 bedrooms apts have 1 car garage so you still need a parking space you have to park out of the complex, residents don't respect handicap spaces, many cars never move and using parking spaces that can be use, very small washer and dryer, problems with pest control, small water heather you run out of hat water at the middle of the shower leasing consultants rude respectfulness 1300 dlls and 45 dlls for water and trash a month doesn't work for the kind of apartments. if you have a pet forget the don allow a small puddle to bark at all even when you paid 500 dlls deposit 250 pet fee and 45 dlls pet rent if this a pet friendly and you dont like dogs DON'T rent to a pet owner bills are high poor insulation buildin summer electric bill for 2 ppl and 2 bedroom apt is around 270 every month winter bill around 200 dlls make
