  • I am a professional male in my 40s. I happen to have the manager "Stacy" cut my hair. It is unfortunate that this woman is definitely the rudest and most obnoxious stylist I have experienced in the last 20 years. She was abrupt and extremely unfriendly. She did not ask me if I wanted a wash before or after my cut. She did not ask me what type of cut I wanted and just kept forcing me to use the machine instead of scissors. She kept rushing me through like I was a pet getting a cut. She did not ask me how my cut was, and did not even it out properly. When I asked her to cut the top of the head a bit shorter, she started objecting why I asked at the end even though she never gave me the chance to comment. I am extremely upset at how this woman treated me. It is shameful. I am not sure what qualified her to be the "manager" but I can tell you she is the least qualified person in that store, me having had an experience with some of the other cutters there.
