  • They're rental had exposed my fiance to criminal charges and identity theft! They haven't cooperated with us or the POLICE!!!They deserve no stars!!! They gave a rental to someone in my fiance name and charged it to a credit cardopened in his name when the vehicle was never returned they threaten criminal charges. Even after proving it wasnt him they havent provided a contract for us to turn over to police to protect my fiance! They are unprofessional and do not cunduct fair buisness practice. They don't care how much they hurt people! They have since rented another vehicle in my fiances name! We are entitled by law to the contract but They are making us subpoena the it waisting time. Meanwhile we are unable to close credit card they charged! I really hope we will be able to sue them for all this bs. Don't ever rent with the company! Don't ever allow them to have any of your personal info!
