  • I sent an e-mail on Friday but haven't gotten a response yet so I'm hoping management pays attention here at least. It's a soft opening so I won't comment on food or service. I'm just focused on the seats. Airplane seats are more comfortable. I can't believe it's 2018 and these are the seats that were purchased. When you leave a theater, you should be talking about the movie; not trying to find painkillers for your back. I hope something can be done because this was a little bit heartbreaking. Sad to think I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the Chandler theater than the one that's a 3 minute drive from my house.
