If I could give less than a star I would. My new box took a dirt nap earlier than expected. I have been with out cable service for sometime. Hey so long as the Internet was working.
But then I couldn't record any shows. And I had to move one of the boxes from the bedrooms for my family to enjoy shows together.
I called to get tech to come out. They said between 3-5pm he showed at 5:20 and wouldn't wait ten min. For my son to arrive.
So we called tech support to reschedule. They said bring the box to the office to get replaced faster. I did. It did not.
Not only did they skip over me twice because they couldn't pronounce my name, but it didn't dawn on them to spell it out.
We finally spoke with a rep and he informed us that the box we had was only carried by the techs so we had to make another appointment.
So today between the hours of 8-10am their tech was suppose to come out and service our box. Sadly he did not.
It's been pushed 10-12pm then 1-3pm them 3-5pm. I smell a cranky tech that's abusing his power as a cable man. Fine have you fit. But as a customer I shouldn't have to suffer. Or pay for services that aren't being provided. I asked to speak to someone who could terminate my account and I was continued to be given the same run around by their staff. Some of the same employees with different names and titles. Andrew, Jasmine, etc.
