Kelly is a fantastic lady. Went to her for a couple months for group training and I really enjoyed it. She keeps you busy with a lot of different routines, and so you never really get a chance to grow tired of the workouts she has you do. Plus not to mention she likes to hand out very helpful nutritional information left and right. I'd definitely encourage anyone out there who is looking to change their life for the better to contact this nice lady a.s.a.p!
