So I visited Anoush in the past year a few times, and I've noticed a trend of a downward spiral in quality.
Under the new owner/management, the service continues to remain great, and the price is very reasonable. However, the quality of the food is another matter. The beef was not fresh, and was actually already scrapped off the skewer possibly hours ago, and put in a foil container that was sitting on the stove.
I was not impressed with that. And you can taste the difference in the meat, and the Tzatziki (or Tarator we call it in Lebanese) sauce is not nearly as good as it used to be. The vegetables seem to have lost their freshness.
Not sure if someone is cutting corners, but I hope this isn't the beginning of something that was great, has now gone to shambles due to someone dropping the ball.
