  • DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Unfortunately, it is car dealerships like ABC Hyundai that feed the impression that car repair places are always there to overcharge you if you are not checking on them... After being told that it would cost me over $1200 to replace a A/C compressor, I asked for a detail estimate of the job. They were charging me $705.82 for the compressor and the rest was labor and taxes.... I felt that it was very expensive so I did call another Hyundai car dealership for a second opinion... I gave them the part number on the estimate and I was shock to find that exact same part was price at $494.07. I called back ABC Hyundai to question their pricing practices and told them that if necessary I could provide the part myself, they said it would not be necessary and that they would adjust their pricing.... which they did. However, this should have never happen at the first place, if I wouldn't have look for myself and they would have shamelessly overcharged me for a part. Very disappointing and be certain that you will never see me there again!
