  • Fan of IKEA since the opening! In fact when I purchased my home.. I bought all my furnishing at IKEA.. and my couch that I bought in 2009 is still in great shape today! Vanity, dressers to chairs.. they are in my home. I love visiting the restaurant to eat sweetish meatballs !! I like the food.. it's a fun change. I could easily spend 8 hours in the store. I lost my receipt from my last visit and needed it for expensing purposes. I tried calling the 800 number instead of making another trip to the store.. but couldn't get a respose. I called the customer service number numerous times at different times of the day.. all I got was the recorded message about "dresser" safety. So off to the store I went. They don't have a customer service dept. so I just waited in line near the check out - where "returns" were and they were able to help me. I went on a week night and the wait wasn't too bad.
