My "new" furniture arrived broken and I was told they would automatically come back to fix it. I was hesitant to accept the delivery and told them to just take it back and deliver my non-broken goods when they can. Not a huge deal for me. They told me to accept delivery and they'd be right back out to fix it....that didn't happen. I noted on the delivery ticket that they delivered broken goods and I didn't want to accept them.
Sadly, no one from Leon's ever called to schedule the repair, not even 6 weeks later. When I called the store, I was told that I have to take pictures and submit a work ticket (with attached photos) online. Not an easy process, and my "new" furniture is still broken. There seems to be some falsehoods in how they communication to their clients, and lots of finger pointing with no one wanting to carry the ball post-sale.
Bottom line is it's not up to me to fix what you broke when you delivered it. I paid $1000 to have this done right, and it wasn't. I see that as very poor customer service, as my items are still broken and they will not fix the furniture they broke. Very disappointing experience, all in all.
