I came here on a friends recommendation and what a horrible experience.
It didn't start off bad. The tattoo artist was knowledgable, even if he acted a bit like we were idiots.
We paid our deposit and set our date for the day before our wedding.
The week became busy and I called to see if we could get in earlier. The receptionist was rude, said she couldn't move the appointment without losing our deposit, and then retracted and said a manager would call me back. Never got a call back.
On the day of the appointment we were running late. I called to ask if we could postpone and the receptionist this time was nice. She said "sure, no problem". I booked it for 5pm and told her if we needed to call later to postpone again I would let her know.
As moving goes, we are delayed. So I call. Now we will lose our deposit if we move our appointment again. Why wasn't I warned of this in the first phone call not an hour and a half earlier?
I speak with the manager and she was no help. "We are willing to work with you. You just have to keep this appointment or you lose your deposit." How is that trying to work with me?
She rather keep $75 and have two pissed off customers then run a good business.
She can have it. I don't recommend going here. They act very immature and unprofessional.
I love it that the person that responded to my review is someone I didn't speak to at all, and said I wasn't truthful when he didn't have a conversation with me. I'm sorry I wasted the artist time, we tried to book earlier and were blown off. His reply shows exactly how they treat customers. They are right, we are wrong! Thanks for helping me out on my special day Club Tattoo Mesa! (sarcasm)
