  • I called Definitive Air when our tenant phoned to report the larger downstairs A/C unit wasn't working. This happened on Tuesday this week when the temperature rose to 114 degrees. I was really impressed by the excellent service Mike provided when he arrived at the home within 15 minutes of my call at 5:30 pm. Mike replaced the bad capacitor and the unit was up and running within 30 min. Our tenant was thrilled at the fast service and relieved when the home started cooling. From the moment I called to request service to paying the bill, I felt Mike was trustworthy and knowledgeable This was our first time to use this contractor and very highly recommended!
