  • Shopped here for three years and they were always able to find me in the system. Was told that if I got a tan and changed color, I could come back and they would switch out my foundation. Went on vacation and got a tan. Returned to this location and the associate could not find me in the system. She made little effort to find me after that, treating me as if I was scamming them. I was very disappointed. Contacted their customer service and have yet to hear back from them. If you want assistance, I suggest a different location. But after this experience, I think I'm switching brands altogether.
