Purchased a dress yesterday for $150. An hour later while shopping at Macy's, I found the exact same dress on sale for $79. I had a 20% off coupon. Do the math.
I returned the original purchase to Dillard's this morning. When asked why I wanted to make the return, I explained that I found the same dress at Macy's for almost $100 less.
The sales associate shook her head, gave me the "look" then told me that Dillard's sells their returned and damaged merchandise to Macy's so I may have saved money, but I was buying a second hand dress.
What???
The customer service at the store has been going down for a while. This takes the cake. Goodbye, Dillard's, you've lost a customer.
