  • Terrible experience, will never be back. First the wrong solution was used to take off my gel polish with no apology whatsoever. It took over an hour and a half for a simple polish change that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. I was also turned off by everyone trying to sell all the customers extra services that they said multiple times they did not want. Also, coincidentally their credit card machine was broken but they have their own ATM machine. Just very turned off by the whole experience.
