  • Our Salesperson, Craig McC, has been tremendous in all aspects, from pool design to follow-up after the pool was completed. It's been over 6 weeks after the pool was done and when I needed help after the first storm he sent Les out to explain what to do, how to do it and how to prevent it. Dolphin Pools finished the pool on time as promised. The Supervisor was out here throughout the build and was available to answer questions on a timely basis. He delivered everything he promised. The scheduler kept me informed throughout the process. The warranty person was on top of a minor issue immediately and sent the right person out who solved it immediately. I highly recommend Dolphin Pools and our Salesperson, Craig McC and the team that works with him.
