  • I asked for the earliest appointment at this location to have blood work done since I had to get to work by a certain time and was fasting. I got to the clinic at the time I was given and was told that my appointment was actually 45 minutes past the initial time I was given. I said I had asked for the earliest appointment due to my having to be at work at a certain time and the woman at the reception said they can take in patients only half an hour prior to their appointment so I told her that I guess I'd have to wait. I didn't want to reschedule as it took me one month to get the earliest (or what I thought was the earliest) appointment and didn't want to have to wait for another month. She mentioned something to the other receptionist quietly right in front of me which seemed like she made some sort of a remark about me. I waited 15 minutes over the half hour mark when I thought I'd be called in which actually was a whole half hour from the time I got in and was finally called in. Except for the lady who draws blood the two receptionists were very unprofessional, uncaring and disrespectful. I usually go to the Scottsdale primary care clinic but since I live in the east valley I went to the Chandler location. Never again! If you want better service with staff that treats you with respect go to the Scottsdale or Phoenix locations.
