  • These people are awesome. My A/C wasn't cooling the house and of course it is never hot or anything outside when this happens, right!? (only about 113!!!). Well, I called around to a couple of places that I had researched on yelp, also with positive reviews, and both told me that they had no time or anyone available to come out same day, and I get it. It's mid summer and the busiest time of year for HVAC repairs. Well I gave Boldt a call. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and got someone out to my house within a couple of hours, same day. Awesome. Fearing the worst, I was worried it would cost a lot to fix because 1. I know nothing about these systems and 2. there's always a fear that since I know nothing, that people will take advantage of my ignorance and charge me for things I don't really need. Well fear not. Mike came out, was very thorough with his assessment. He first suspected I needed more refrigerant...so I trusted his word, and told him to do what he needed to do. Later he came back with the final diagnosis and it was far far less cost for the repair than I thought and he told me that he checked the refrigerant and everything was fine, so he didn't need to add any. It's this kind of honesty that makes me appreciate a business like this. He could have told me anything. Like I'm going to get a ladder, climb on the roof to make sure, right? So I paid a very fair price for the work, my AC was up and running in less than an hour from his arrival and now I sit, writing this review in a nicely cooled house. Thanks guys, you all are awesome. Keep up the good work!
