This review is based on only their service department. First, their customer service has gone down hil significantly, the reps take their time acknowledging you and aren't very friendly.
What really broke the camel's back with me is that they said I needed to replace my front brakes as they were in the "red" zone. They wanted to charge me over $200. I said no thanks and left saying I'd think about it. Well I took it to another shop which I found much better pricing for brake service and they said Ford lied to me as my brakes still had plenty of pad left. They showed me my pads and said my pads are perfectly fine.
Will never return to this Ford dealer. They will lie and push other preventative services you probably don't need.
