  • This is a place I don't exactly get excited about going to. Usually means something bad happened to the car :/. With that being said though, I'm glad this business exists. The people here took great care of me after my first collision in almost 35 years years. I came here a bit shaken up. Patrick calmed me, reassured me, & helped with with my insurance. Unfortunately, he didn't have parts for my car in stock. But, my damages didn't render my car undriveable. So, Patrick took pictures of the damages for insurance purpose, taped up the damages, & sent me on my way. Within a week, he was able to get my parts & called to let me know. I brought the car back & was given the choice to wait for the car or come back for it. Since Patrick guesstimated that the repairs would only take a few hours, I decided to wait. Their waiting area is very comfortable with snacks, TV, magazines, water, soda, coffee, & even kids' toys. Repairs actually only took about 2 hours. I paid my deductible. Insurance paid the rest. Easy peasy. Thank you, Patrick & gang!
