  • So disappointing to write a negative review for a local business but can't recommend this place. I feel people should know the selection of frames is pretty poor but it is so awkward to turn around and leave once you are there and you have an appointment. They also 'don't support online ordering' so even if you spend hundreds of dollars with them, they won't help you get the info you need to place an online order for a spare pair. I would maybe understand that if they had a wide variety but they do not. I would describe their vibe as 'elitist.' I hate to say it but our family has had much better service at LensCrafters and Eyeglass World.
