  • WOW!! What an addition to the Las Vegas Comedy Scene!!! First, it is located inside the Rio Hotel & Casino on West Flamingo. You walk in the room and you are walking into a replica of the Comedy Cellar in New York City. An assortment of tables: 2,4 and 6 tops set in this beautiful room with low ceilings and fantastic dim lighting. You felt completely taken away from a casino that sits a few feet away!! Comedy Cellar features 4 comedians and a host. They each perform for about 15-20 minutes with the host opening for about 7 minutes and then sprinkled in between each act. The host also had a piano playing sidekick. They were fun to watch together and had good chemistry!! All the comedians were fantastic!! They all brought their A game for a solid 15-20 minutes. Very few lulls in the laughter. THIS WAS FOR A 7 PM SHOW IN VEGAS!!!! I was really impressed with the energy of everyone involved. My fiancee and I already talked about putting this on the weekly agenda!! Few more things... They had food offerings. We were sat about 15 minutes before show time and didn't get a chance. We have talked about going early next week as the menu looked tasty and we overheard some other patrons saying the food was delicious. See you next week Comedy Cellar!
