  • This place was a word of mouth recommendation from the guy who always replaces our tires at Walmart. We were a bit nervous about where to take our car after the first shop we tried when we moved here totally messed up my brakes. THANKFULLY Master Automotive was not only helpful but great about communication. They were friendly and FAST. My car is a OLD and SAD 2005 Ford Focus but she is fully paid off and overall has not cost much money to keep up. So when she started sounding like she a drag car while we were going down the street we knew it was time to have it checked out. We started communication via email initially trying to find out the best time to drop off the car and how the process would work. We always got super fast responses and the communication line was kept open. Personally I am the biggest SUCKER when it comes to knowing ANYTHING about cars but my Father owned his own Classic Car restoration company and my Mom was able to learn stuff a long the way in the years with him so she was a HUGE help in dealing with this place to figure out what needed to be done. My car went in at around 7:30am and was done the same day. They called us multiple times to keep us updated on the expected time it would be done but also the fact that the price happened to change a bit was fully disclosed. Which I know is the LAW but it doesn't always happen that way. Overall my car was completed and now runs smooth and silent and we received great service and I feel their prices are really reasonable. Even if they charged more I would probably still recommend this place because they didn't try to UPSELL (like firestone) or fix problems that weren't there. They aren't pushy so even if you just do like us and email initially or give them a call its worth a shot to see if they will become your shop.
