| - I LOVE ZARA. The clothes are so incredibly cute, but....
Staff at this location is outwardly rude and generally unhelpful. I came late morning, mid-week when the store was pretty empty. I was prepared to buy quite a few things and was so excited about my first trip to Zara in the States. It's a large, multi-level store so I asked for a little help when I walked in to get my bearings.
I approached the first, angry-looking employee I saw and asked if she could help me find some high-waisted jeans. "They're all over," she replied, insinuating there was no way in hell she was helping me.
To her dismay, I asked another question. There was a huge, billboard-size sign about a sale with items up to 70 percent. "Are the sale items in a certain area or also all over?" I asked,
"We don't really have much on sale," she said.
LOLZ they did have a lot on sale and I eventually found the jeans ($50) and a cute dress in the sale section ($10).
When I went to pay, no one was at the register. I waited several minutes. When the associate returned, looking angry and generally unhappy in life, she did her job fine, but did not offer a single smile as the other reviews promised.
