  • Robert was referred to us by a friend who had some complex aspects associated with her purchase and move. As it turned out, we got into some complexities ourselves while buying and selling over the holidays. Robert was responsive and resourceful. He had referrals available for just about everything - financing, inspections, repairs, advice. He set realistic expectations and was able to give us guidance several times that impacted the process in a positive way, including avoiding a stalemate that could have put our close date at risk. He was great to work with and definitely a value add to the process!
