Service was friendly and the food was delicious.
The name of the appetizer is escaping me, but it was rice paper, hot water, and big plate of fresh herbs, meats and veggies so you could wrap your own spring rolls. We weren't very successful at wrapping our rolls, so we ate a deconstructed version. Still yummy, and the waiter did warn us that it wasn't a good dish for beginners.
Boyfriend went with the pho, and he gave it two thumbs up. I ended up going with the Hu Tieu, which is made with either egg noodles or glass noodles. I really enjoyed it, but was full before I even made it halfway through my soup. I will definitely come back to try this again next time I'm in the mood for soup.
