  • We went to Spencer's looking for a double wall oven to replace a broken one. We were undecided about what to buy ?because the bisque color we had was no longer being produced. A salesman, Nathan, greeted us and we explained what we were looking for. He was very patient and showed us many different options so we could make a decision - he even moved appliances around on the sales floor so that I could see how different finishes looked next to each other. After we picked the appliances we liked, he reviewed all my measurements to be sure everything we chose would fit. As it was such a large purchase, I needed some time to think about it. We went home and I checked online reviews. I almost decided to go elsewhere because? I was dismayed to see such horrible reviews here on Yelp for this company. I decided to trust our salesman, Nathan, and in the end,? we purchased the full set of new kitchen appliances, most of our items were in stock but the cooktop needed to be ordered. Nathan communicated with us each step of the way to let us know when our items were ready for delivery. In only a few days,? the morning of the scheduled delivery arrived. I received a phone call from the installers at 7 am telling me that they would be there between 9 and 10 then I received another call a little before 9 telling me they were on their way. Soon, ?they were at my door, as scheduled, with everything we ordered. Mike and Steve were courteous, efficient and skilled. They installed all my new appliances carefully and tested everything before they left. They cleaned up the area and hauled away my old appliances?. Now I have a brand new kitchen that looks great. I would definitely? recommend Nathan at Spencer's.
