  • We just had 5 windows installed by Ralph through Window Nation. The installation process was very painless. The installers arrived on time, and were quick and professional. They made sure we had our cars out if we needed them and asked if we had any pets that could get out. They left the house as clean as it was when they got here. The buying process was a bit more painful. We had to sit through the long pitch and two salespeople later, we got a deal done. Overall I'm ok with the windows. I would not put them on the front of my house because they are fitting an entire window in the opening of the original window so the trim is much wider and obtrusive. But our old windows in the back wouldn't close so it will be nice to have energy efficient windows when winter rolls around again. I would give the install 5 stars. The windows are as expected so 3 stars...
