  • This company was sent out to repair my dishwasher under a service contract I purchased from Whirlpool. They diagnosed that my dishwasher needed a new control panel and they had to order one. They did so and came back a few days later to install it. The new control panel they ordered was the wrong color and does not match my dishwasher. Their response was "not their problem" because the supply house they use does not stock the matching unit for my machine. Now I have a "two tone" dishwasher. This company does poor quality work and when questioned is unwilling to make a wrong, right. Best yet, I have spoken with another repair company also located here in Las Vegas, Appliance Rescue (702) 726-7054 and they have clarified for me that the correct part is readily available. Note, I have had work completed by Appliance Rescue (4 star average Yelp rating) and they are great! To the owners of this company, I suggest you buy a copy of Robert Spector's book, The Nordstrom Way to Customer Service Excellence. Your company needs a culture overhaul.
