  • I am new to Cleveland and had been a little anxious about finding an honest mechanic. This is the kind of place that makes a customer for life in less than 5 minutes. I came here for a second opinion due to a recommendation by a friend of a friend. The first repair shop quoted $450. The staff immediately makes you feel like family. The place is comfortable, well decorated, and has a free coffee bar for you to sit back and relax while your ride is repaired. Adding to that, my repair quote was more than half off my first quote. ($215). I seriously feel like I'm the guy who found the secret oasis on the beach that no one else knows about. Great people and service... I feel really fortunate to have stumbled in here.
