  • This is probably the worst experience I've had renting a party bus in my 28 years of life. Rented a party bus for my little sisters quinceanera, which is a very memorable night for a 15 year old, and was it horrible! The set up was easy. Met Mitch, he showed me a few busses and I chose The Boss. Nice big bus that my little sister will enjoy. Paid what they asked, and set up date and times. When the day came, they sent a significantly smaller bus from a different company and claimed another party had my bus rented at the time. No courtesy call or anything, they just surprised me with a smaller bus. I called Elite when this bus showed up and all they could tell me was "oh well". I had a large amount of people going in the bus so it sucked. I wanted everything to go perfect for my sisters special day but Elite couldn't provide that. The driver of the bus was suffering from a nose bleed the entire time and would turn down the music on the kids. Terrible experience. Would not repeat and you shouldn't either. Only got a 1 star because I couldn't choose zero
