This was my first visit, and I had a basic pedicure. The place is clean and didn't smell like chemicals or fumes, but maybe that's because there was only 1 other client. They were fast and efficient, which would be good in a hurry. On the other hand, I'm used to getting a little more in the way of foot scrubbing and massage with a basic pedicure. The scrubbing was so short and lopsided (hardly touched the 2nd foot) that I timed the half-hearted massage--4 mins for the 1st foot (including time out to answer the phone) and 2 mins for the 2nd foot. No magazines to read, so bring a book or your phone. The TV was on a cooking show and thankfully had very low volume so I wasn't distracted by that. I think $21 is a little high for such a quick basic pedicure, but at least the place didn't give me a headache from fumes.
