  • Our 7 year old water heater gave up on us and left a large puddle in the garage on a Tuesday afternoon. Louis, and his helper Joe, were dispatched to rescue us and were on the scene in just a couple of hours. He did a beautiful, quick, professional job installing what must be, for the price, the best water heater known to exist. We paid more than top dollar but got what we paid for. I'll be taking better care of this one, following the tips they provide on their web site, because if I don't get at least twice the life expectancy I won't be getting my monies worth. I'm sure I could have gotten a better price, but I also know I could not have gotten better service or better quality work. Louis had all the right tools and fittings to have us in hot water by supper time. He was friendly and courteous and left the job site neat and clean.
