  • I am only now getting around to opening the boxes that I was overwhelmed with following a flood in July 2017. Unfortunately, most of my stuff is in bad shape and a lot of it is broken. I did not call Cardinal Clean, it was the HOA that chose them. The boxes have a tremendous amount of waste the paper, very little inside each box so apparently they're paid by the box. There is no way to replace my grandmothers dishes, so I am out of luck. Mark appeared to be nice on the telephone but was way more interested in getting paid then doing the right thing. He has a lot of people working for him that are nice and the try very hard, but overall it was a disappointing experience.
