  • This review is for the respect and way I was treated by Alex. At the time of this review, he didn't paint the necessary areas. Due to water damage, I needed my ceiling repaired. In addition, I need some other rooms repainted/repaired from unrelated damage. I contacted several painters and nobody seems to return calls in this town. Alex picked up when I called and we made an appointment. Fortunately, he was doing a job around the corner from my house. He told me to text him when I'm leaving work and he will meet me at my house. He arrived on time and took about a half hour to thoroughly review the work I needed done. He made some recommendations and immediately gave me a price. I didn't have to wait for an estimate to arrive by email. I needed this quote right away since I'm dealing with my insurance company and time is of the essence to get things fixed. Unfortunately, the price Alex quoted me was higher than expected. This is because he has an entire paint crew. He explained to me that his crew works on all jobs because this gives them the ability to complete the work faster and more effectively. After I explained to him that the price was high, he told me that he will review the project that evening to see if there will be any adjustments to the cost. He promised me a call back. Alex kept his word and actually called me back the same night. He explained to me that he worked out the numbers and regrets that he cannot lower the price. He then suggested and gave me a name of a painter he recommends. I thought that was very nice of him to do that. Alex treated me with respect and I'm almost to the point of contacting him back to do the job for the higher cost simply because I can tell that he will stand behind his work. His level of professionalism is way better than I expected to see. Please send me a private message if you would like to know more about my experience.
