  • Terrible experience with Lauren. Went in to take my niece for a simple color. Lauren took it upon herself to cut her hair without asking me. Then while checking out instead of thanking us for giving her the business even though there are 10 million options for hair color, she spends 5 minutes selling me on buying a hair product. Plus the receptionist on top of it all was rude, annoying, and not exactly the person you want to have customer interface. Horrible experience. I will actively encourage others to avoid this place.
