  • My second time at Buraka, my first at the new location, was fabulous! The service was fantastic, including a very knowledgeable and patient sever. I had a combination plate which is half an order each of two entrees. I had the Dorowot and Siga Alicha and both were delicious. The dorowot is slightly spicy and the siga alicha is very mild. The meat in both entrees was very tender and tasty. Now that Buraka is in a more accessible location, there's no excuse to not try this Madison treasure. Ethiopian food isn't scary, I promise!
