  • I don't understand these guys. We called and made an appointment for noon on a Tuesday. On early Monday morning we realized that we had a scheduling conflict so I called and left a message that we needed an appointment on another day. Waited all day and heard nothing. Left another voicemail. Still no response. Called on Tuesday morning and left a third voicemail. No call back. Since we hadn't heard anything we thought that perhaps they were going to show up at the original day and time, so my wife stayed home to wait for them. They never showed and never called. What is the purpose of advertising a business if you don't want the business and you treat your customers like crap?
