  • Called after researching online. Needed diagnostic, thought maybe one of the 4 catalytic converters were bad on my ranger 4.0. They answered right away and did not put me on hold ..big brownie point. Went in to a clean store, the technician was polite knowledgeable and tentative. He explored options once he diagnosed all 4 cats were bad. He found a solution, parts needed were in stock and worked diligently on my truck. I noticed while he was working on my truck he continued to answer the phone and set appointments with other customers. At first I was concerned but soon realized this man is one with a welder and performs a work of art. I am so happy and impressed. What ever he is getting paid, they need to double it. From the time I walked in the store to back in the truck was under an hour and it never ran better. Thank you
