  • I attempted to rent two spaces at this RV park, one for my fifth wheel and truck and one for my boat and truck, but their staffer, Barbara, rudely informed me that only RVs can be parked in RV spaces. I can accept their policy for space use, albeit somewhat puzzling, but what compelled me to write this review is the imperious manner in which Barbara informed me of this policy, like she was doing me a favor by talking to me. She was totally lacking in courtesy and is sorely in need of a refresher course in Customer Service. I found another park nearby that had no problem allowing me to rent a space for my boat, so Lake Mead RV Village is forever off my list of RV parks to use.
